I visited Pierre to get rid of pain, but I have received much more. I feel more in touch with my body and also with the people around me. 

Before I met Pierre, I was pushing hard at the gym while constantly experiencing pain and discomfort during and after such training. Every time I progressed with weights, pain would stop me from the next scheduled session, skipping the gym for 10 days only to start at the very beginning again. I was demotivated and sad. What the point of training when it brings me pain and no progress?


Looking back, it was Pierre’s interest in my goal in life, what I like to do and what makes me happy, that made me stick do his program. Every time Pierre would make a suggestion, he would explain how it is going to help me live my dream. Moreover, using callipers and assessments to measure my body has impressed my logical mind and gave me orientation other than my max deadlift. 


All of this made me comply with Pierre’s program. All the stretching and mobility work, which I haven’t done very often before, has quickly improved my range of motion. The first change was how I felt directly after training. I had energy to do productive things, I was fun to be around. Before I used to just eat and go to bed, because I did not have the energy to do anything else. Quickly I was completely pain-free in my regular life and I could slowly start lifting weight as I was feeling ready. Pierre was watching every set and gave me cues to improve my technique. 


Before I would do only squats and deadlifts, now I was introduced to a huge variety of movement, which made me fall in love with training again after all these years.

Pierre wrote me a corrective program to improve my posture. He did lots of assessments and measurements and explained to me the areas I need to work on to see a real improvement. 

He showed me excellent corrective mobilisations, stretches, and corrective exercises that don’t take too long yet are very effective. My back is stronger, I’m strengthening my core, and feel like it’s making a real difference. 

I must say I am extremely impressed not only by his understanding of anatomy and physiology but the way he can apply his knowledge by determining which exercises are appropriate.
