I'm a Holistic Health Practitioner and Chek Licensed professional based in London. I help people increase vitality, decrease stress, have a functional body, and move with greater freedom.
I live by the concept that optimal health, vitality, and wellness, is best achieved through living a lifestyle that nurtures physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health.
Being born into a family of Alexander Technique Teachers, I’ve always had a passion for mind body optimisation.
After a graduating with a degree in English literature, I started working with some of the brightest minds in the health and wellness industry... Fast forward a few years, and I was absolutely obsessed with everything to do with generating high levels of health and vitality.
It was whilst living as a digital nomad in South America working as a copywriter and marketer that I gave the middle finger to a career glued to the laptop, for a career in helping clients transform their health and wellness challenges.
I’ve completed a variety of certifications on nutrition and lifestyle coaching, and creating highly effective health and wellness programs with the world renowned Chek Institute based out of southern California.
The principles of holistic health are incredibly powerful because they treat the body as a whole system; by finding the root cause of a problem, you can yield incredibly effective client results.
In my spare time, I love to travel around the world, practice Qigong, Yoga, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, cooking great food, and playing music.
